How it works

Simple coordination, clear communication.

1. Reach out about a potential referral without patient-identifying information.
2. Our team identifies the appropriate secure intake pathway and participating site.
3. Clinical evaluation and scheduling occur through the responsible clinical practice.
4. We collaborate on follow-up and continuity of care.

MSK referral focus

Knee, hip, shoulder and foot referrals

We welcome preliminary discussions about selected patients with knee osteoarthritis, hip osteoarthritis, greater trochanteric pain syndrome, plantar fasciitis and adhesive capsulitis. Several non-knee indications are investigational; clinical appropriateness, supporting evidence and treatment availability are reviewed individually.
